Just a 15-minute drive from the capital Reims lies the picturesque village of Prouilly, where you can find a bakery and a church at its center. Besides these two essentials, we have discovered a new gem in the world of bubbles: a young winemaker, just 33 years old and nearly 2 meters tall, who transforms his grapes into liquid gold.

After spending considerable time mastering vinification techniques and refining the best methods, he has been producing his first bottles since 2020. These have far exceeded his expectations!

We share with him a passion for wines that respect the environment and reflect the region. There is no more fitting name for his first cuvée. That is why we have joined forces to share his Champagne with you starting today!
