**Return Policy**
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it free of charge within 14 days of receipt. Wine can always be returned. We will only refund unopened bottles with undamaged labels. After 14 days from the purchase date, returns will be at your own cost. You may also return items to our storage facility directly; please contact us to arrange this.
Returns are only possible using the return label provided by us. Due to administrative reasons, we cannot process returns that use any other return label.
Please return the wine in the original shipping box, as our wines are shipped in boxes specifically designed for wine to minimize the risk of breakage. After receiving the return, we will issue a credit note, which will be processed within 14 days.
For bottles suspected of cork taint, we only accept returns with the original cork. After confirming the cork issue, we will request a replacement from the winemaker and provide it to you upon approval.
**Order Damaged?**
If your order appears visibly damaged upon delivery, you have the right to refuse the package. In this case, the courier will ensure the wine order is returned to our warehouse. We will then resend your ordered wines as quickly as possible. If you have already accepted the package, please contact us as soon as possible.
