Unoaked white Burgundy wine. This is a refreshing and delightful wine from the rock located next to the famous rock Solutré. La Roche de Vergisson, as depicted on the label of this wine. This terroir boasts a tremendous minerality, characteristic of the region. Bright lemon yellow with wildflowers and grassy notes, featuring lemon, white peach, pineapple, green apple, pear, and wet granite. Medium-plus bodied, with delicious acidity and a round, silky mouthfeel. Persistent finish with a slight bitterness. 13% alcohol.

Perfect as an aperitif or with delicious summer salads. Enjoy this wine with green asparagus as well; that same bitterness beautifully complements the lightly earthy character of the asparagus.
