QTN Quick taste notes 2-2022:
2019, still some baby fattiness/sharpness and 14,5% abv but already quite complex. Needs a bit more time to come together but already it feels special. Lemon curd bomb with cream at first then turns herbal with air, coriander... mint, dill, butter, pastry, vanilla, tiny oxidation notes, ripe green apple. Spices remind me of Greek spinach pie. Spanakopita. High concentration, high acidity, very long finish, after taste is amazing. Big wine that will shine even more in 1 or 2 years time. Very culinary. Very outspoken and a bit left field....

QTN Quick taste notes 7-2023:
"2019, really getting near its sweetspot for me but still has amazing potential to grow for the next 5 years. Compared to a year ago the oak is much more pronounced adding comforting luxury but also distracts slightly from the early deep complexity I enjoyed back then. Still a lovely lemon curd bomb with cream at first then turns herbal with air, mint, dill, butter, pastry, vanilla and lovely oxidative crushed green apple notes providing good freshness and contrast against the oak. Very lengthy finish. Big wine. ❤️"
