Typical pale gold Chardonnay color for this Saint-Aubin. It has a nose that is nutty and mineral with a mouth full of citrus fruit and apricot, a long lasting finish that is rich and precise. It works best with any fish dish. It is a white Burgundy of very high quality, balanced between buttery and mineral freshness. Usually a bit slimmer compared to Meursault or Chassange-Montrachet.
