2020 Beaune 1er Cru, Bellisand, Domaine Francoise André

Wonderfully classic white Burgundy from the Bellisand vineyard in Beaune: brioche notes, serious structure and length.

The wines of the Beaune Appellation often fly under the radar, mainly because people associate the name Beaune more with the town than with the wine that comes from it. Nevertheless, beautiful wine is produced within the city walls of Beaune, such as at the Francoise André house. The white wine from this house is full, round and has a stunning aftertaste. It is recommended not to drink this wine too cold. With its quality, this wine can easily compete with a Meursault. However, it is not a wine that you quickly drink during a drink.

Production is only 1800 bottles per year. This wine comes from the Cotes de Beaune region and is made from the Chardonnay grape. It can be stored from 4 to 12 years.
