2021, Demeter, elegant, round and generous, leaning little bit more on the comfy oak then their Cote Chalonnaise, Ecume de Terre/Daluz cuvee. Oak plays only a supporting role giving roundness and subtle finish. Still very juicy and easy to drink even at this age. Airy, creamy, fresh. Not as mineral compared to Champ Pourot due more present oak. But still mineral enough. Cold fermentation on 228/400L vats. Overall very balanced, nothing pretentious, very pleasing Burgundy experience.
